Spree Lodge Golden Dorado Argentina

Spree Lodge is located on the banks of Corrientes River. The lodge was recently built, but the owners and guides have been fishing these waters for 30 years.  The focus at Spree lodge is on guest comfort, cuisine, excellent service and an outstanding fishing program.

The lodge is located in the Southwest corner of Corrientes Province, in Northern Argentina near the city of Esquina where the Corrientes and Parana Rivers meet forming a great delta and a huge area to fish.  This area is ideal for fly fishing Golden Dorado. The guides at Spree have  a great understanding of this vast river system.  The boats are ideal for fly (and spin) fishing.  Anglers fish 2 per boat with their guide.  The boats are new, with, 90 hp outboards, electric motors and casting platforms.

The area is rich in wildlife.  The bird life is incredible and sightings of Caiman and Capybara are common.

Angling guests begin their trips in Buenos Aires and transfer out to the lodge by private van, overnight sleeper bus or private charter.

Spree lodge accommodates 6 guests with 3 rooms, 2 people per room, equipped with full-size beds, WI-FI, LED TV, heating, air conditioning, mini bar, a safe and a modern private bathroom.  Extra beds are available for families.
